1-22-06 - The Reporter - Supes to revisit radio station plan

Years of wrangling between the county and a church that wants to broadcast from its rural Vacaville campus will continue Tuesday when the Board of Supervisors meets.

The supervisors already have voted to overturn the county planning commission's approval of a permit that Seventh-Day Adventist Church needs for the KASK radio ministry. But litigation has continued and the supervisors still need to take final action regarding the issue.
